Maximum battery Height from base to top of terminals

Hi the battery height mentioned is 220 mm. My question: is this from the bottom to the battery case top or from the bottom to the top of the terminals, I have a maximum overall height available of 220 mm including the terminals in order to fit into my battery compartment.
