The Optima battery has a unique feature, Spiral cell technology, because each cell is coiled using the purest of lead and compressed together, this gives the highest possible output for starting. The electrolyte is totally absorbed so that the battery can be tilted if required, Optima batteries come in 3 different ranges, Optima Blue Top for marine use, Optima Red Top for starting and Optima Yellow Top for starting and deep cycling applications.
